The management of O.U.I has earlier today called off the long anticipated dinner night scheduled for 3rd of July 2014. The management put a stop to the process, claiming that its for the security of the students of its institution. The school said pose that the suspected killers of
Boolexy- the student that died last week- have not been apprehended and there is every possibility that he is still gunning after more students.
To this effect an internal memo was passed to all the departmental heads and a meeting was held with the committee in charge of the dinner to discuss the "unsuitable" but indispensable discussion.
One of the HOD's said that he is in full support of the decision made by the management as it basically for safety and there is no hidden desire about it in the other hand some students have a different reaction about the whole thing. "I have spent and invested a lot into this dinner than not to have it happen" she continued "I just purchased my dinner gown and shoe...its so sad" she concluded.
