Exclusive Interview with Executive Assistant to the President OUI addresses the secret protest by angry students
Gotten at last, it will be of a very great interest to you all to know that our reporters (Gossipers) has gotten in touch with the big one. Just relax your nerves with our exclusive interview with Alhaji. Ridwan Adedoyin.
Reporter: Sir, we would like you to introduce yourself to our readers?
Alhaji Ridwan:
Okay, My names are Ridwan Adedoyin, am a
staff here but I also do some other domestics things in this school like; Lecturing, a contractor and am also the executive assistant to the president on works matters in OUI
Reporter: Sir, Based on the recent speculations and rumours of the school not having constant electricity like always. What do you have to say to end this rumour and talks?
Alhaji Ridwan:
Okay, based on works, we could say that we are test running somethings of which the process is going to be running for one month and as you can see, for the few minutes you’ve been here with me we’ve been talking about Diesels and PHCN. The Electricity Distribution Company of Nigeria seems to be billing us a lot in a month. At least they bill us more than 2million a month, so we are trying to see if we can use diesel and use it effectively.
We time ourselves daily with the optional power source which is not being stable, so let’s test ourselves and see if this thing is going to work out. And it’s going to be for a month.
Reporter: So, what you’re trying to say is to see if the budget for diesel for a month is going to be less to that of the budget of Electricity for a month then you go for the diesel?
Alhaji Ridwan: Yes, sure we would go for diesel if the budget for it for a month turns out to be lesser.
Reporter 2: What is that thing that keeps you Alhaji Ridwan press on and strive more for success at this your age? What is that motivational quote that keeps you moving??
Alhaji Ridwan: First and foremost, you have to believe in God, cause if you don’t believe in God I mean there is nothing possible. But after that, I think when you are straight forward and know where you are going too and the kind of person you are, you tend to appreciate what you have already and of which on a normal circumstances, the very moment you are given birth to, your parents tends to advice you on who you are and where you’re from. So I believe if you follow all this things your parents would not want you for nonsense, cause they would want you to achieve something in life and by this you can study something in school and be good at that.
And as you all know, in this life if you’re not an entrepreneur the chance of survival would not only be optional but minimal. And that’s why I always tell people expecially the young ones out there; “To Know what they Are Doing Everytime” that’s what keeps me moving..
Reporter: As a Successful business man that you are, and also the son of the president of this great institution. How have you been coping with academics and everything being virtually involved in every aspect in this great institution?
Alhaji Ridwan: You know once you train yourself on all this things, although they are very difficult stressful times when the work is much that you don’t seem to achieve anything, all you have to do is just manage yourself, achieve one first then you move for the next one. Cause life is all about One Step At a Time
Reporter: Are you married or single?
Alhaji Ridwan: Definitely am single and searching, looking forward to get married soonest..
Reporter: How soon are we talking about? Next Year? This Year or When??
Alhaji Ridwan: Soon, Soon that’s all I can say..
