FG: Thursday October 1st Declared Public Holiday..

Federal Government has declared October 1st, Thursday as public holiday to commemorate Nigeria's 55th Independence anniversary. Abubakar Magaji, The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Interior, made the declaration on behalf of the FG in a statement signed by the ministry’s Director of Press, Yusuf Isiaka.
