Migraines can simply be defined as intense headaches


They're are a type of intense headache which mostly re-occur causing throbbing sensation on one side of the head. This is caused by several factors including stress, inflammation, and changes in states of neurotransmitters like serotonin. this been less common than a normal headaches, migraines are also a serious problem for millions of people.


it can cause  noise, pounding pains and light sensitivity, going down to even problems with digestion. It can also negatively affect your overall quality of life. Below are some remedies to migraines.

1. Use Essential Oils and Heat

This can be applied to the painful part of your head to soothe the tension and stress. You can also place a heated towel or ice pack on the affected part to ease the pain. Essential oils like lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary, etc.
